We have been providing products into new build housing since 2000 through various installation companies and in March 2023 we took the decision to set up our own dedicated new build division to provide a full holistic service to the sector, from manufacturing through to installation.

With facilities of just over 80,000 sq ft, we have capacity to manufacture 4500 frames per week, over a single shift, making us one of the largest UPVC manufacturers in the UK.

Having a well-established, long-term partnership with our PVC profile supplier (Liniar), being their largest manufacturer in the UK they have fully endorsed our step into the new build sector providing unapparelled support to us – this gives us full visibility of the supply chain from extrusion, through to installation.

Our Investments To Improve Efficiency
We are continually investing in improving the efficiency of our systems at our New Build Division in Wigan.
Introducing our new, more organised and more efficient toast rack system. 🏗️
Another step forward in improving our loading and unloading process, with newly created toast racks and a barcode scanning system for all single units.
Every unit can now be quickly identified and located by barcode, helping improve efficiency, organisation and traceability across the board.
Our Installation Teams
We don't use subcontract labour on sites. All our teams are directly employed, from our installation operatives to our customer care engineers, alongside running a fully accredited apprenticeship scheme.
Our Innovation
We are ready for Future Homes through Liniar’s new and exclusive Zero90 product. We are one of the first fabricators in the UK to manufacture a 56mm triple-glazed product, capable of a U-Value of 0.66.
Our Quality
All of our products are subject to a strict QC check in our manufacturing facility and we regularly audit our on site installations for both quality and safety. We are currently engaged with 50 regional and large national housebuilders and can provide suitable references if required.
